For some reason, 2009 tickets don't have the penalty (the fine) stipulated ON it (to be paid-by-mail in lieu of a court appearance).
I've never had a ticket in NH, so I've never seen a NH ticket—much less one issued by the MPs.
WinnFABs' position is that the MPs are not to receive any kind of complaint and that this new rule is to be "self-enforcing".
